Today's mediation took all day long. Finally, they end up with this final agreements as the followings:
Mike is the legal father but Sarah gets sole custody.
For the schooling, Mike and Sarah pay 50/50 from grade 1 to grade 6; After that, let Mike and the child discuss on schooling and Mike pays the full amount until college
All day-to-day expenses are on Sarah’s responsibility
Medical expenses and health insurance are on Mike’s responsibility
Mike has to sign the acknowledge of paternity within 30 days from today (Mar 4 2021)
Sarah will allows the child visitation 2 times a month without specific number of days and it must be scheduled 5 days in advance
