Things the Seller Can Take
Fixtures or items physically attached to the house typically stay with the home when purchased. Oftentimes, there’s confusion about what stays and what goes and sometimes buyers end up with a house that's missing some of the things that made them fall in love with it in the first place. If you want to make sure the items are in the house when you buy it or gone from the house, make sure it's in the contract. Today I'm going over a few of those items.
