Here is a question from Oxford University's Physics Admissions Test, the PAT. This is the last question from 2017.

Important to note that there are no official solutions, I am not affiliated with the university and this is simply my approach to the problem and almost certainly there are other approaches and forms of the solutions.
Here is a great problem on refractive index and in a way, reverse critical angle and total internal reflection which was fantastic to solve. It involves dropping a ring along a boundary with two separate substances with different refractive index.
