Lyrics:
Of Wind and Worm
Here titans lurk
Mountains moving earth
A landscape ever birthed
Of Wind and Worm
Shai-Hulud
Mother of the dunes
Her treasures never earned
Of Wind and Worm
From sapphire hued pools
Drops of precious blue
Given for the losses
At the hands of the cruel
As moments flow before me
Pouring forth the story
Of the past’s forming presence
Through the ever morphing present
Congregate on grains of hate
A parched sea stained by endless flame
Incinerates fear until only I remain
Steam off the sand
From the blood on these hands
The senses pulse with knowing
As they meld with the land
Dispersed throughout the possible
Dancing through its obstacles
The tide of time recedes;
Reveals the destined from the probable
