Toonami Bump: Blue Plastic
This is a bumper that I made in the style of some of the old Toonami bumps. Bumpers like this one were my inspiration: • Toonami Blood Promo-TOM2 Era (Metal)
I even recorded the audio myself. I made that sound by gargling water with a microphone up to my throat and then slowing it down in Audacity.
