Today I am sharing a video with you that has taught me a lot of new things.
Actually, I just wanted to play a little with the synthesis of the Volca FM and discover its secrets. I found this wonderful pling sound and thought to myself, hey you can get a wonderful arpeggio effect with it. Right.
And as is always the case, I wanted to put a little bit of rhythm under it. But I couldn't find my Volca Sample, but my Volca Kick, which I haven't used in ages. All right then...
1. Realization of the day: You can get wonderful long bass sounds out of the kick, that's absolutely great. Ok but then I want a hihat and a snare. Volca Drum.
But the best thing is the delay effect, which I heard for the first time today with the Volca Bass. Sustain and AMP EG on, DECAY RELEASE to 100% and then for the effect the LFO RATE to rt.02 or 01 depending on how intense the delay should be. You will reach an exact value if you also press FUNC when you turn the button.
At the end of the day I realized that it makes sense to lock the focus of the camera, otherwise the image will be uneven. Unfortunately this happened to me here (from 5:32 am) and unfortunately the focus has not readjusted again.
