Corn ravioli, butter poached shrimp, avocado, arugula, and orange supremes
Paired with the Bread & Butter Chardonnay
Second Course
Smoked duck breast barley “risotto” with grilled vegetables and cherry-pinot reduction
This course was paired with a bottle of Bread & Butter Pinot Noir
Third Course
Blackberry chocolate crème brulee tart
The dessert was paired with a bottle of Chronic Cellars Spritz & Giggles
