Codes and the Challenges for Craft Distilleries
The National Fire Code contains sections pertaining to distilleries - but this Code does not distinguish between BIG distilleries and craft distilleries. Hence - many code inspectors (who themselves are un-familiar with craft distilling) take a very rigid approach in their demands for sensors and explosion protection.
