How to Highlight Duplicates in Google Sheets

Use function: =countif(A:A,A1)⋗1
Note, the above function uses "⋗" which is not the correct bracket. YouTube description does not allow the greater than or lesser than symbols. Make sure to use the correct bracket when creating your formula.
