Enhancing InfraWorks Models with Point Clouds
Hi All,
Check out this vid for inpcortating point cloud data to an InfraWorks file created with Model Builder. In this video, we will create a surface from the point cloud and add that to our model builder surface.
Three Steps to Remember:
1. After importing data, you need to configure. Right click on the data source and select Configure.
2. In order to generate the surface data from the Point Cloud, select Point Clouds and generate point cloud terrain.
3. To add your point cloud surface to the model, navigate to Layers and Surface Layers. Drag the uncategorized terrain surface to the ground surface.
