Rainmeter How to make custom Honeycomb icons that GLOW on mouseover!
Just a quick video to show maybe less experienced users this process.
GIMP can be downloaded for free, I highly recommend it.
glowing icon code (place this in the .ini file right below the leftmouseupaction):
