PS5 Fully Hacked! Hypervisor Exploit and Key Extraction by flat_z. Will There Be a CFW?
In this video, I'll talk about a new success on the PS5 scene.
On July 27, 2023, developer flat_z presented proof of a complete hack of the PlayStation 5. A screenshot was shared showing access to the Platform Secure Processor (PSP). flat_z also has a hypervisor exploit and encryption keys. The process is based on a modified save file from a disc version of a PS4 game. A classic of the genre, almost all consoles have been hacked through save files. Sometimes completely, sometimes partially. Immediately, there was a furor: the hypervisor was destroyed thanks to a save file. Fantastic.
