Smugglers cove Hurricane - Have too much dark rum?? this is the drink for you!
It's a little different than the Original Pat O'Brians Hurricane, but taste wise is very very similar. The best part of this version is how much more simple it is to remember how to make!
Did you know the original Hurricane was created cause in the 1940's there was too much rum!! too much rum and they needed a drink that used alot of it. And that is why there is a whole 4oz's of rum in this drink :)
4oz Dark rum (old sams Demerara Rhum)
2oz Passion fruit Syrup
2oz Lemon juice
Flash blend and serve in a hurricane glass with a straw and a cocktail cherry
