7/5/2012 EAS Required Monthly Test (State of AL) (Comcast)
Recorded onto VHS from a Comcast box. Something was wrong with the cable headend’s EAS equipment at this time. Any EAS activation would do this for what seemed like several months. Around late-2013/early-2014, they used a scroll-only setting on a black screen and the EASyPLUS unit here was replaced with a DASDEC in late-2015.
