DIY: Glittery Heels/Soles/Underneath

Yeah I felt like I needed to do something creative and I said hey why not to this little project.
THINGS YOU NEED:
Glitter
Mod Podge (or any other crafting glue, this one is said to work best though idk)
Tape
Shoe
Cup or container
