The Lore of Husk and his Death in Hazbin Hotel
Did you know this in Hazbin Hotel?
Husk is a sinner demon who has the duty of front desk clerk and bartender at the Hazbin Hotel. But what is his lore and how did he die?
Husk was from las vegas nevada when he was alive, growing up in a casino there. He became obsessed with magic as a kid and loved to watch the magic shows at the casino. He eventually became a magician himself and still loves magic in hell.
Husk eventually became a gambling addict and alcoholic. He uses his skills with card magic to cheat which we see in the pilot. As a result he’s very bitter and washed up, which is why he’s called husk since he's shown to be what is left over of the man he once was.
We don’t know exactly how he died, but we do know that he was between 65 and 75 when he died sometime in the 1970’s.
He’s also pansexual.
For years fans have speculated that husk and angel dust will start dating due to their interactions in the pilot and art drawn by viv. With the recent trailers it looks like the pair will get a duet together and perhaps huskerdust will become a reality.
