Flatbreads on Kefir. Airy and Tender
Fluffy, airy flatbreads are always associated with childhood, you wake up from a delicious smell and understand that mom or grandma is cooking something delicious again. Ingredients:
500 ml kefir (you can use yogurt or sour milk)
1 egg
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soda (quench in kefir, if with milk, you can quench with vinegar)
50 g butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
a pinch of vanillin (it gives it a wonderful aroma)
600 - 700 g flour (pour in gradually, the dough should be soft)
