Introducing our athlete of the week, TAYLOR O. with one of BILL'S fierce, muscle specific, metabolic blast workout. When we consider designing targeted, muscle specific metabolic workouts this is one of my favorites. What are the big three primary exercises for Shoulders; Overhead Presses, Upright Rows and Lateral Raises, and for Legs it would be Squats, Lunges and Deadlifts. Here's what it looks like when we combine them in a compound performed in a circuit interval fashion.
