Guiding Light STEM Program: Civics
Check out our Behind the Scenes of Week 4 of the Lighthouse Guiding Light STEM program, where we collaborated with the local nonprofit The Committee of Seventy to teach out kids about the importance of Civic Engagement. Our teacher, Anne, brought in homemade brownies and taught the kids the meaning of being an active citizen invested in the wellbeing of an overarching community and its environment.
