One key element of live streaming instruction is the ability of all students, both face-to-face and virtual students, to be able to SEE the instruction happening. This can be the speaker, such as the teacher or students in the class, but it also can be the instruction that is written on an anchor chart, on the board, annotated text, and other physical demonstrations in class. This can be shown to both live students and virtual students through the use of the Apple TV to show the teacher's screen to students in class, and it is also shown to students attending virtually through the use of screen sharing. And this can be done at the same time to meet the needs of both audiences.
