► PAYDAY 3 is a co-operative first-person shooter action game created by Starbreeze Studios and published by Deep Silver and is the successor to PAYDAY 2. PAYDAY 3 was released on September 21, 2023 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with a 3 day early access given to those who preordered the Gold edition of the game.
The game released to overall negative reviews, most due to the frequent server issues the game had during its first week. The PlayStation 5 version released as a beta build lacking much of the content in the final game, prompting more negative reviews. The game initially reached a “Very Negative” rating on Steam at 31%, until rising a few weeks later up to a "Mixed" 40%.
