Seven boxes have been removed from the bonus stages. Six from the bunch of boxes in the air at the beginning and one above that stack with the TNT at the end. Some minor changes in the red gem path too. That bunch of nitros only had two nitros in the original version, and four boxes just after that have been removed. So basically you save some times not jumping on boxes.
