This is a video shot from a Drone by our Good Friend Jame K.
It pretty much covers the entire property and a little of the surrounding area as well. Once the leaves start to drop, he'll be back out to do it again and we'll get markers set along the actual property line for better reference.
The Greenhouses are 45x24x12.
You can see the currently used Large Garden Area, the Berry Garden between it and the pole shed, and the tilled up garden ready for use,.The other all green and grown over area along the tree line behind the pole shed / Barn will be used probably next year, as there are trees leaning over it that need to be cut down first..
Plans for a cold frame next to the other 2 greenhouses is in the works as well.
The Greenhouses are currently built but need finishing of the actual setup inside them for extended seasonal growing, Raised Bed, Hydroponic dutch buckets, and grow towers.
The Drone was the Current Phantom 4. It was amazing, and I think I'll have to get one for myself eventually.
The back greenhouse has a smaller 10x40 greenhouse inside of it as well for seed propagation and transplant care. It will also have racks in the larger section of the 24x45, for plant storage until ready to be transplanted either into the other greenhouse, or into the soil gardens after last frost dates. The larger Greenhouse will have Raised Bed boxes, and also a Dutch Bucket Hydroponic setup, and grow towers as well. They will all be heated by a GARN wood boiler that has yet to be set up, but hope to have something going on that by next spring.
Next year, the soil gardens will be Plastic Mulch cover rows with drip tape automated water system to include a fertilizer Injector for nutrient addition to the plants.
We will be offering CSA Accounts shortly, and donating all overages of fruits and vegetables to Food Banks, Schools, and homeless shelters.
One of our goals is to also turn this into a educational farm for schools and others to learn different growing techniques, as we hope to setup a aqua culture area, as well as vermiculture area.
