Contactless banking system is the advance banking system where customer need not to
touch the machineries for the transaction related information. It is automatic and digitised
Banking system which gives the customer a seamless experience with bank. This system
due to computer vision algorithms like speech and face recognition also reduces the need
of majority staff.
As there is no need of staff, the bank can run for 24/7 and this will reduce the crowd and
let people do less efforts for their work to get done. This factor is important because in
today’s situation of pandemic people need to avoid going in public places. Thinking about
the covid – 19 situation, banks and ATMs are the among most vulnerable ones.
Also, this concept unlike traditional banking system promotes the anti-fraud activities.
This this also reduce the time wastage and efforts of customers.
By keeping all the factors in the mind, we came up with the contactless banking system.
It is more secure, interactive and user-friendly banking system.
