48.8 in 50/20 Mode but I'm Literally Asleep
I modded the game so it would automatically reset on jumpscares. Then I ran it in 50/20 mode overnight for several weeks. This was by far the best run produced. The run revolves around OMC locking the monitor. It seems that almost no runs at all got past the 32 - 39s period where the monitor is typically unlocked. The few that did though got very far as when the monitor is locked there isn't nearly as much that can go wrong.
