a generous bunch of fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary)
ground black pepper
salt
~1 l of olive oil
🔥 dry for 10-12 hours at 55-60℃ / 140℉
🔥 heat in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 90-100℃ / 200-210℉
