Social Distance Vs LockDown || Long distance relationship
Firstly a Big thank you to Isabelle for entertaining my stupid video ideas. I thought it would be good to show the difference between the US in social distancing and the Uk with lockdown protocols in place. If you have followed me for a while you will know I am in a relationship with Isabelle, who stays on the east coast of America.
The comparison was a little bit skewed as I have been furloughed from my Part time job and have a tonne of spare time, whereas Isabelle still has to work in the social distancing side of things.
It was a bit of fun getting both of us involved in a bit of vlogging and I think we both enjoyed it.

White Sourdough Recipe
150g of starter
350g of water
500g of bread flour
15g of salt
Whisk starter and water together with a fork. once combined add flour and salt to form a dough lightly knead it. Now let it rest for 30 minutes, in the meantime make a cuppa coffee and relax. Once 30 minutes has passed you will want to knead it again, then every 15 minutes you will want to turn it four times. Now the long part you have to proof it for 4-8 hours. After that time has passed you will want to shape and let it bench rest, proofing it for another 1-2 hours. Then BAKE at 475 degrees for 25 minutes then turn it down to 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
