Urban Sketch with Colored Pencils
Welcome to Oslo!
I recently rediscovered my colored pencils, and I'm trying some new (to me) approaches to the technique. Join me while I sketch this view from my favorite part of Oslo: Sankthanshaugen.
Materials used:
A5 Paperstyle blankbook (100 gsm paper)
Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils
Lyra Rembrandt-Polycolor pencils
3B graphite pencil for the little composition sketch
Paper towel for reducing noise from pencils on table
Standard paper clips in metal for holding the previous page.
I film using a Nikon D5100 with kit lens.
I use Adobe Premiere Pro for editing.
Drawing this took me a little under an hour.
