This video is the second in a series of videos that will be showing you how to make your own board with four experiments using a microcontroller (PIC16F877A). The four experiments are a 3-bit LED counter, a switch-controlled motor, printing output to a computer and reading voltages from a potentiometer.
In this video, we go over the set-up needed before beginning the four experiments. This includes soldering the microcontroller onto the board, setting up the programmer and also downloading the software needed to write programs.
The next videos will be showing you how to build and program each experiment.
