The video doesnt really tell Harley's story at all so here it is:
Harley was always enveloped in the life of crime. Stealing being her main talent. Her criminal Alter Ego was: Harley Quinn. But good ol' regular Harley was a typical student.
Harley was sleeping with a proffessor [Joker] at her school. But eventually she got tired of him and said she was going to leave.
But he didnt like that very much, so he killed her. But for some reason, harley's soul was not willing to go just yet. So, it forced herself back into the corpse.
Harley had no Family, and no friends while she was alive, which is why she wanted to date her teacher. So when she was brought back to life, she didnt have anywhere to go. She couldnt go back to her old school, obviously because of her teacher.
So, while sitting in her room, she looked over and saw her favorite game 'Assassins creed' (Op, there's the Nyquil). And idea came to mind.
She was a fantastic gymnist, and very agile. So why not become an Assassin? And thats when Harley packed her bags for Supernatural Boarding school!
