Hello! Today I will show you how to sew a button using the "Bird's Foot" method on a men's shirt. For this we will need a button, thread, a needle and scissors. Basically, for all types of buttons, except for double ones, we will need about 50 cm of thread, fold it in two and thread it into the needle, fold the fabric in the place where we will sew the button and unfold it, then pierce it with a needle and make a loop. Then we take a button, pass the needle through the lower hole and bring it out through the upper one, clamp the button with two fingers, then repeat this movement three times, now again pierce the needle through the lower one and this time bring it out through the upper right, fasten three times, do the same with the upper left hole, Our "Bird's Paw" is almost ready, in order to make it convenient to fasten the button we make a leg, in conclusion we fasten the button three times with a thread, cut the remaining thread! Now let's see what we got, on the back of the fabric, as you noticed, there are no traces of thread.
