Android device monitor can't open
A Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK) must be available in order to run Monitor. No Java virtual machine was found after searching the following locations: /............/Android/Sdk/tools/lib/monitor-x86_64/jre/bin/java java in your current PATH

go to your Android Studio JDK path (If you don't know then see it from File-Other Settings-Default Project Structure-SDKs in android studio)
inside jdk folder copy jre folder and paste it to your android studio assuming path which is in your case "........../Sdk/tools/lib/monitor-x86_64/"
paste it inside monitor-x86_64 folder in sdk
