1. Open the Shortcuts app
2. Tap the + icon
3. Search for “Shut Down”
4. Change it to “Restart”
5. Rename the shortcut
6. Add it to your Home Screen
7. Add it to Control Center
8. Add it to your Lock Screen
This works great on iOS 18 and newer iPhones.
