Things Destroying Your Chances Of Going Pro ❌🔮
[1] First, Not prioritizing your sleep and having a consistent sleep schedule. The worse your sleep the more impact it has on your performance. The recommended time is around 8 hours, which gives your body enough time to recover but most important is your sleep quality. Schedule your sleep, cut out all the lights in your room, and don’t go on your phone.
[2] Second, you train without any structure. You have no goals, priorities, or structure for your whole training session. Don’t go to a field and train with no goal in mind, instead, figure out what some of your weaknesses are and create a training routine centered around those.
[3] Third, we have Fear, you can’t fear anything in football. You're not only going to limit yourself but you're going to ruin your chances of going pro. What you need is a strong mindset to help get you through tough moments. Don’t allow yourself to fear losing or fear an opponent, you can even fake it and act like you're not which scientifically helps.
[4] Finally, not training your weak foot, stop putting it off because if you do, it'll grow into more and more of a weakness. If you're playing in a match and a scout sees you incapable of doing basic things with your weak foot and relies on your strong foot for most things, you’ll be immediately flagged and that’s the last thing you want.
If you make sure not to repeat any of these mistakes and continuously work to improve yourself we're sure you will succeed.
To remind yourself that you're going to succeed comment down below the word “success”.
