Felix the Cat Astronomeous 1928
Another Felix the Cat silent cartoon with a fairly crude soundtrack added by distributor, Jacques Kopfstein. Candidate Felix promises the cats of earth a better life on Mars.
It's stated on various websites that this cartoon was originally titled "Astromeows," probably a more sensible title, but I've never seen a print with that name. Perhaps that was the title of the silent version which got slightly scrambled when sound was added.
