The showcased deck is focused around Create mechanic and random value, but without going to extremes (Aguara: True Form, Uma's Curse...). Therefore the deck is competitive enough to challenge ladder meta; my score with it so far is +8 -3. While weaker than normal Vice, I like the way this deck is built and how tutoring / toolbox works in it.
No other deck of mine got so many "What is the win condition here?" questions. Indeed there is no huge ceiling plays but for Sesames / Novigrad carryover and Oxenfurt Guard + leader combo. Nevertheless, it is often enough to win, especially when opponent would bleed into you (because of expected Acherontia) and you just run a midrange deck with nothing to really bleed out and huge flexibility of closing the point gap.
