1. install python 3.5 for windows:
2. install PyWin32 (most likely pywin32-219.win-amd64-py3.5.exe) or pypiwin32
3. install PyInstaller 3.2.1: https://pythonhosted.org/PyInstaller/
a. PyInstaller bundles a Python application and all its dependencies into a single
package.
The user can run the packaged app without installing a Python
interpreter or any modules.
b. pyinstaller is the main command to build a bundled application.
