Inspection consists of 6 steps
the first steps we check the item number, shade
The second step, we open the carton check the quantity，how may pieces in one box
The third step,, take few pieces tile to the hand side to see if there is a reverse tilt,
Step 4,see it piece by piece to check the leak detection, pinhole, glaze integrity, avalanche angle
Step 5,use the caliper to check the measurement discrepancy, check the thickness, the width, the length,
Step 6,Put about 20 pieces to check the measurement discrepancy and the color.
