"if you have any problems taking it out (usb dually from spotlightTM.com), here's how to get around it:
it is designed to be a snug fit so that when you pull your USB components out it doesn't pull this out at the same time, but as you can see sometimes it's a little tight.
so all I'm doing here (regular removal) is squeezing against the body and if you can't do that, all you need to do is place a coin or a key just behind it here* (see video) and prize is out a little bit - you can see that's come proud now - and then it's extremely easy to remove, just like that!
