How do your clients measure success?
At some point your client is going to ask you about how to measure the results of your services.
They aren't asking for your process. Your process is only valuable to you inside your business.
Every step of your process needs to have a measurable deliverable that you can communicate to your clients.
If you can't do that, your clients won't get excited.
