Orange makes the foolish mistake of taking his child into security to check cams, he witnesses red vent and victoriously marches his way toward the button to report him, but before he can leave security the doors close on him and his impending doom awaits him. He is gored to death by red and this poor unfortunate mini crewmate witnesses it all. PTSD and nam flashbacks haunt this god forsaken child for the rest of his traumatic unfortunate life.
