For Ruth, living at Arcadia means she doesn't need to worry about the cooking, cleaning and shopping, which is a great weight off her shoulders. From starting out trying all of the activities, she has found the activities that suit her and she looks forward to each week, including exercises and the quiz. She wasn't expecting to move into care, but she feels fortunate to have been able to move into Arcadia and is happy to have been able to remain in her local community.
