DTS - "Waterdrop" (1995/1996) [RECONSTRUCTION]
And now for something completely different. 💧
If you're familiar with DTS (or Digital Theater Systems), you've most likely heard about this infamous trailer that was known for being too similar to the Imagine Entertainment logo. For more than 25 years, the "Waterdrop" trailer has been lost to time.
That is until recently, when the audio of the trailer was leaked online, thanks to its inclusion on DTS Cinema CD-ROM discs for films such as Twister. Which is why I'm now presenting my very own visual reconstruction of the trailer with the official audio!
Now, this may not be accurate to the official visuals of the trailer (I mean, what other reconstruction would be?). For one, it's unknown whether the text surrounding the DTS logo says "DIGITAL SOUND" or "DIGITAL SURROUND". Because of this, I've also linked an alternate version of my recreation that has the former, while this version has the latter.
