Reach Shoulder Length: Hair Growth Tips
I'm going to give you 3 tips on how to grow your hair past your shoulders and be sure to stay until the end cause I'm going to share 1 major mistake I made when trying to grow my hair so you don't make the same one.
Tip 1: Take a multivitamin + Drink more to ensure you have all the nutrients needed for your hair to thrive some hair issues are directly related to vitamin deficiencies
Iron, vitamin D, Zinc, B vitamin, and copper have each been linked to hair loss if you are deficient
Biotin aka vitamin B7 is key in building thick/healthy hair
Hair growth requires protein, vitamin A, C, & E, folate, iron, and omega 3 fatty acids found in eggs, green leafy vegetables, nuts etc.
Tip 2: Protective or low manipulation styles while trying to reach your milestone
Prevent unnecessary breakage
Stop you from playing in your hair (over manipulation)
Tip 3: Stick to a hair care routine and pick 1 set of products to use for 6 months
The only way to tell if its working is to be consistency and gage results
It takes 4 months to see the results of what your doing in your hair
Body responds to routine our bodies are a machine
Use Rose water or Aloe vera juice to refresh your hair, not just water and seal that with an oil or cream to lock in the moisture to your hair this will help with elasticity and your hair will be more malleable.
