Happy New Year? More like "Trait BalanceGoldPrime++" - it is the words-of-the-day - and the name of the mod that changes everything you know and love about the Civ leaders.
The values are multiplied and things get complicated when certain wonders are completed (Borobudur's many Missionaries and the Hagia Sophia's plentiful Prophets come to mind, but there are more!). The difficulty is set to Deity but the AI was hand-picked to ensure the game would be a good time (read: I tried to make it easier for myself!). The other Civs get beefed-up as well, because when every Civ is OP, none are.
Attila and his Huns get insane pasture production and nothing is quite like a tile full of Cows pumping out hammers.
