MAXIMUM DUNE, new information on "transformative" patch??

LIST OF THINGS BROKEN:
-new repair glitch involving worm
-after hotfix old repair glitch is back involving cargo container (lol)
-upon logging in base permissions locked, can't access chests or machines (LOG IN AND OUT TO FIX OR SHOOT CHEST WITH GUN - might have been fixed with hotfix)
-players loot is dropping for other instances in overland testing stations (death bags appearing in other instances)
-race against time bugged (hotfixed - the hotfix that broke it all and brought some things back)
-static needle (check shield damage if it is still 45-50)
-lemenger BUFFED, he heals up to full bubble immediately now, have to DoT him and fight him with the adds (which sucks, much harder to solo now)
-building issues, can't remove door from door frame now
ONGOING
-dps and rate of fire depend on your FRAMERATE
-if you can't interact with an item or quest item, shoot it, then interact
-mesh shortcuts to bosses still up, all bosses broken by it, will stand there
-possible override permissions exploit back, they can spoof you and act as you or a friend , creating a doppleganger of you (three reports so far, potentially more)
-difficulty 19 stations dropping more loot than expected (40s drop arms and armor, 19s drop augments more)
-you can build a base in the overland zones
