Birds of Paradise....Parakeets gone wild on Kauai
In response to an Order to Desist in 2005 ...a local native of Kauai turned loose the Parakeets he was raising... This is the result 10 yrs later..... Now the authorities and residents are trying to figure out how to manage the bourgeoning wild flocks of Parakeets from destroying crops and pooping on homes and vacation properties....
