Bread in a little rubber cooker thingy....

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
3. Stir until a dough forms, then knead on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough back into the mixing bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough to release air bubbles, then shape it into a ball that fits into your little rubber bread cooker.
6. Place the dough into the cooker, cover, and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
7. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
8. Once the dough has risen, bake it in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
9. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy your homemade vegan bread!

Here's a simple yet delicious recipe for the oil dip:

Ingredients:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
2. Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried basil to the mixture.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and whisk until everything is evenly distributed.
4. Let the mixture sit for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
5. Serve in a shallow dish or plate, and dip your favorite bread into the flavorful oil mixture.

Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your taste preferences. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat.
