if anyone is interested in characters in order of appearance (left to right) its cedric reed (they/them), winston reed (he/him), douglass reed, florence reed, and the guide
basic story rundown: two siblings of rich parents are torn apart by their parents abuse. one day they fight and knock over a candle, causing the mansion to burn down. cedric helps winston escape but they die. winstons parent's hate him and blame him for buring the house down on purpose. they tell him to leave town or theyll get him arrested for murder. years later his parents die so he comes back to find out cedric is a freaky candle ghost. but was it really an accident?
