This marks the first landing of the first satellite in space, which was tasked to take photos of Earth from space and only 50 photos were recovered out of the 1000 originally taken by the satellite, according to the recording the photos found were stored in both the probe and the satellite capsule and the only surviving pieces were the capsule and the parachute
